About the Role

NXT LVL Roofing & Exteriors is building a high-volume, systems-driven storm restoration sales team in Idaho.

This is insurance-backed storm restoration
, not retail roofing.

You are not convincing homeowners to buy a roof. You are identifying legitimate storm damage, managing insurance claim scope, and driving contracts from inspection to production.

We operate in volume-dense, storm-impacted markets where the math works.

• 25% commission on gross profit
• Average contract value: $10,000–$15,000
• Volume-driven model (5–8+ contracts per month realistic with execution)
• Realistic earnings: $180,000–$200,000+
• Top producers scale $250,000–$350,000+
• Paid training provided
• Draw available for qualified producers

This is a performance model. If you manage activity and control your pipeline, the income follows the math.
