Summary

As our organization continues to grow, we're seeking a highly analytical and driven Growth Operations Associate to support strategic initiatives that fuel expansion across the country. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Operations, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Business Development organization through analytics, strategic planning, CRM optimization, market research, and process improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing professional with experience in consulting, healthcare, business analytics, finance, or a startup environment who enjoys solving complex business challenges and influencing growth strategy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Partner with Growth and Business Development leaders to support strategic planning and execution initiatives.
  • Analyze markets, partners, competitive trends, and pipeline opportunities to identify areas for future growth.
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM data, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level insights that drive informed decision-making.
  • Create financial models and strategic analyses to support internal planning and partnership opportunities.
  • Identify and implement AI-enabled workflow improvements that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Support resource allocation decisions by evaluating market opportunities, business performance, and organizational priorities.
  • Collaborate with teams across Business Development, Marketing, Partner Success, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
  • Serve as a key operational resource for day-to-day Growth organization needs and special projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, business analytics, or another highly analytical business environment.
