Project Manager, Change Management, Operations Management

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and operations sector, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Portfolio Management team supporting cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8 hours

** What's the Job?*
* + Manage the intake and tracking of enhancement and project requests across multiple business units.

+ Coordinate with process owners and teams to ensure requests are prioritized and assigned effectively.

+ Support portfolio management by tracking project status and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

+ Collaborate with process, transformation, systems, and automation teams to monitor progress and ensure timely follow-up.

+ Help standardize processes and foster cross-functional collaboration for continuous improvement.

** What's Needed?*
* + Program/project management experience (typically 5-10+ years)

+ Strong business analysis and process improvement skills

+ Ability to influence stakeholders and drive actions without direct authority

+ Experience managing multiple requests, projects, and priorities

+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or similar tools
