The Opportunity

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will assist in building high-quality residential homes under the guidance of a Superintendent or Project Manager. You will oversee the entire construction process, from groundbreaking to final walkthrough, ensuring every home meets our standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Collaborate:
    Assist in planning and directing trade partners to build high-quality homes.
  • Supervise Construction:
    Oversee all construction phases, ensuring safety and OSHA compliance.
  • Track and Report:
    Provide daily updates and compile milestone reports.
  • Manage Schedules:
    Coordinate and monitor trade partners throughout the construction process.
  • Quality Control:
    Approve invoices, ensure timely completion, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Customer Focus:
    Strive for high customer satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Engage with Buyers:
    Conduct orientations and ensure a smooth transition for new homeowners.
  • Teamwork:
    Work with the sales team and participate in Community Teams.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    Maintain a safe work site and perform inspections.
  • Regulatory Adherence:
    Ensure trade partners follow their Scope of Work and manage permits and inspections.
  • Inspector Interaction:
    Work with various inspectors throughout the homebuilding process.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A vocational degree or certificate in Construction Management is a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or a related real estate industry, or relevant construction management training.

Requirements
  • Ability to work full-time with flexibility for overtime and the “On-Call” program when needed.
