We’re looking for an experienced real estate agent who knows new construction and wants the opportunity to build something bigger.

Agents With A Smile already has relationships with local builders and a strong presence in the Treasure Valley. What we don’t have yet is a dedicated new construction division with someone taking ownership of it.

That’s what we want you to build.

This isn’t a position where you’ll walk into a finished program and follow someone else’s playbook. We need someone who can work with builders, help us bring on new communities, figure out what works, and turn new construction into a bigger part of our business.

There’s a lot of opportunity here, but it will take work.

• Building relationships with builders and developers
• Working with buyers throughout the construction process
• Managing inventory, lot releases and community activity
• Helping create the systems we need as the division grows
• Marketing and selling new construction homes and communities
• Looking for new builder and development opportunities

You’ll also be able to maintain a resale business, so you won’t be limited only to new construction.

A big part of this job is figuring things out. We have resources and relationships to get you started, but we don’t have every process already mapped out. You’ll have a real say in how this part of the company gets built.

We want someone who already understands new construction and has experience working with builders, developers or new home buyers.

• Coordinate with builders and developers to gather detailed information on new construction projects, ensuring clients have access to up-to-date information.
• Conduct property tours for potential buyers, emphasizing the unique aspects of new builds and providing insights into the construction process.
• Stay informed about market trends and emerging developments in the real estate industry to better assist clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the new construction journey.
