Appointment Receptionist

Kendall Auto Group is a family‑owned and operated dealership group in the Pacific Northwest and a premier employer in the Treasure Valley. We are recruiting Appointment Receptionists for our Client Care team.

The role is located in our fast‑paced Customer Care Center, supporting Kendall dealerships across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with each client interaction.
• Identify customer vehicle service needs by asking appropriate questions and reviewing service history.
• Schedule service appointments for Kendall dealerships across multiple states.
• Accurately maintain customer and vehicle information in software systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers via phone and email.

Working conditions are in a call‑center environment, with the majority of the shift spent working on PC screens and telephone systems. Some standing and walking may be required throughout the workday.

Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour. The schedule may include evenings and a rotating Saturday shift.
