This position is scheduled for alternating Fridays from 4:00pm to 7:00pm and every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position will also provide front desk coverage on an as‑needed basis during the week. Beginning in August (or sooner if needed), the schedule will expand to include all Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

The Concierge Specialist provides clerical support; organizes and maintains resident, personnel, marketing, maintenance, and resource files. The Concierge answers telephones, greets guests, and responds to residents' requests and assists in coordination of services to residents. The Concierge assists in providing services to residents, families, and guests.
Primary Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist residents, families, and visitors with questions and requests.
- Receive and distribute packages.
- Take and process to‑go dinner orders.
- Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families.
- Stock and maintain the Country Store.
- Confirm resident transportation rides and scheduled outings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public restrooms on weekends.
- Provide occasional assistance with additional administrative or hospitality‑related tasks as needed.
- Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to remain cheerful and composed in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office programs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must successfully obtain an Idaho State Fingerprint Background Check (facility‑paid).
- Must obtain CPR Certification (facility‑paid).
- Must complete two full paid days of state‑required Relias training.
- Must complete approximately two weekdays of front desk training prior to working independently.
