Intake Administrator

Pay: $18+ per hour. The role is based in Meridian,  the Dealership Support Center.

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound and outbound calls.
• Assist customers by listening to their needs and addressing questions with a helpful, upbeat attitude.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate the next correct steps for each customer.
• Accurately enter customer RV or trailer concerns into the system to create service requests for our virtual master technicians.
• Transfer customers calling for updates to the correct departments.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a confident and friendly phone presence.
• Strong multitasking abilities, particularly with multi‑line phone systems.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer systems.
• Ability to follow a basic phone script outline while maintaining an outgoing personality.
• Comfortable working in an omnichannel environment, including SMS, web chats, emails, and calls.
• Positive, adaptable personality suited for a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Availability to work Mondays and weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
