Event Marketing Representative - Entry Level

We are seeking an Event Marketing Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent client brands at promotional events, retail locations, and community events while providing excellent customer service and educating customers about products and services.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating in a face-to-face environment, and building professional skills in marketing, customer service, and event promotions. Previous experience is not required—paid training is provided.

• Represent client brands professionally at promotional events and retail locations
• Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide information about products, services, and promotional campaigns
• Answer customer questions and assist with promotional offers or purchases when applicable
• Help set up, maintain, and dismantle event displays
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and event activity
• Work collaboratively with team members to support event goals
• Follow company policies and client guidelines during all events

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working with the public in a face-to-face setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn through paid training
• Weekend availability is preferred but not required
