Centralized Services Specialist

The Centralized Services Specialist provides professional, technical, and administrative support to deposit clients across Sunwest Bank. This role is responsible for onboarding new accounts, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring service levels are consistently met or exceeded. You’ll partner cross‑functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers while supporting a wide range of banking products and services.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for deposit clients, resolving inquiries via phone and email
- Open and maintain all types of client accounts, including updates (address changes, signature cards, check orders)
- Provide first‑level support for banking products and systems, including:
- Online banking
- Remote deposit capture
- Lockbox services
- Debit and purchasing cards
- Troubleshoot technical and account‑related issues and escalate when needed
- Onboard specialty deposit clients, ensuring clear communication of unique setup requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve client issues
- Support fraud prevention efforts by escalating potential security concerns
- Partner with Sales Officers to support complex client needs
- Ensure required documentation and agreements are complete and compliant prior to implementation
- Track client issues and identify opportunities for process or system improvements
- Educate clients on account services, features, and capabilities
- Assist leadership with projects, initiatives, and operational tasks
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of banking experience, including account opening and customer support
- Strong problem‑solving and research skills for resolving complex issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with Windows‑based systems
- Ability to operate a 10‑key calculator
- Experience supporting Treasury Management and/or HOA/Property Management clients
