• Assist members, guest members, and potential members with account inquiries, perform cash and non‑cash transactions, and conduct account maintenance while actively listening and inquiring about members’ needs to provide an optimal member experience and value‑added solutions.
• Resolve member inquiries with a focus on the brand promise while adhering to company policies, researching and exploring potential solutions, and following escalation processes to direct members to the appropriate team member as needed.
• Balance cash, checks, and conduct daily transactions with minimal errors.
• Maintain knowledge of all credit union products, services, and promotions.
• Contribute to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job‑related duties as assigned.
