Showroom Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Customer Service Representative. You will meet customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute directly to the bottom line of a multi‑billion‑dollar organization.

Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Flexibility is required to maintain a 40‑hour work week.

• Assist customers on the showroom floor.
• Strive to increase knowledge of the entire product offering.
• Support the efforts of Outside Sales Associates.
• Coordinate administrative functions that ensure customers’ needs are met.
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
• Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.

• 0–3 years of prior customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred.
• Results oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment.
• Excellent communication for phone and in‑person sales, time management and organizational skills.
• Ambition to succeed and self‑motivated.
• General digital literacy.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Passion for customer service.
• Ability to learn quickly.
