Intermountain Home Services in Meridian, Idaho, seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for our customers. You will schedule appointments, answer questions, and support service teams with a welcoming, professional experience.
Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm for training; after, an 8-hour shift between 9:00am–5:30pm. Requirements include 1–2 years of customer service in a call-center environment, strong phone and computer skills, and familiarity with scheduling or CRM
