Paylocity is seeking a Support Specialist I to serve as the frontline resource for Spending Accounts and COBRA clients. This full-time, on-site role in Meridian, inbound calls and emails to resolve account questions with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of client service experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and comfort with web-based applications. Overtime may be required during enrollment seasons.
