Front Office Treatment Coordinator Full-Time
Looking for a new dental home? Grant Dental has an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our scheduling team! We are seeking a motivated, positive team member who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and building a long-term career.
What You'll Do
- Provide 5-star service to patients and team members, both in person and over the phone
- Coordinate and optimize patient scheduling for efficiency and flow
- Present and discuss financial arrangements clearly and confidently
- Support a positive, team-oriented office environment
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
What We're Looking For
- Prior dental or medical front office experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of dental insurance and treatment coordination
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
