Daycare Teacher

Description

We are seeking a Child Care Teacher to join our team at New Horizon Academy in the following classrooms:

• Toddler Teacher 8:30am-5:30pm
• Twos Teacher 8:00am-5:00pm and 8:30am-5:30pm
• Must be at least 21 and can drive a bus

• Have a positive and reliable work ethic.
• Be able to work full‑time (roughly 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday) and be flexible with scheduling.
• Have a passion for working with young children.
• Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required.

$15.00 - $19.25/hr (DOE)

• Meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position.
• Have previous experience in early childhood education or a related field of work.
• Meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.
• Meet the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
