Manage, control, and review quantity control surveys to implement designs and to reconcile material handling for monitoring recovery, productivity and submission of progress claims; deliver reporting and system process; coordinate the survey equipment management; and propose improvement from the survey findings to meet the company’s strategy.

Leads the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a set of standard procedures and systems for survey data collection, handling and data base maintenance. Survey data collection systems and procedures are successfully implemented and developed.
Ensure that the integrity, clarity and thoroughness of the information that is collected and produced by the survey function is of a high standard. The information that is collected and produced by the survey function is of a high standard.
Responsible for the timelines and accuracy of field survey work and calculations necessary for submission of monthly progress claims. The field survey work and calculations necessary are accurate.
Work closely with both civil engineering and operations to provide an effective link between design and its implementation in the field. The link between design and its impelementation in the field has been proven effective.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Diploma Degree of Any major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience- Min. 3 years experiences as a Quantity Surveyor or related with commercial / project cost controller / cost planner.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials take off
- Comparison Budget Quantity vs. Actual
- May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirements.
- Willing to be placed in all projects.
- Good communication, negotiation, and QS breakdown structure
- Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage
