Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager for its Innovative Pursuits Team in the Mountain West region. You will lead transportation design efforts across freeways, interchanges, urban and rural highways, and shared-use facilities, coordinating with discipline leads and clients to deliver value-added designs.
Candidates should have 10+ years in transportation infrastructure design, 5+ years of leading roadway design, 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience, and a PE license.
