J-U-B Engineers, Inc. () is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to support transportation, water, wastewater, aviation, municipal infrastructure, and land development projects across the Inland Northwest and Intermountain West. In this employee-owned, collaborative environment, you will plan and perform boundary, topographic, and construction surveys; lead and mentor field crews; prepare plats, legal descriptions, and survey maps; and coordinate closely with engineers and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute boundary, topographic, and construction surveys for civil infrastructure and land development projects.
  • Lead, train, and mentor field survey crews, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Collect, process, and QA/QC survey data using GPS/GNSS, total stations, and related equipment.
  • Prepare survey deliverables including plats, legal descriptions, maps, and digital files for engineering design.
  • Coordinate with civil engineers, project managers, and clients to define scopes, schedules, and survey requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with state surveying laws, standards of practice, and company quality procedures.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and proposal efforts for surveying components.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, employee-owned culture focused on integrity, technical excellence, and community impact.
