- Keep customers informed with proactive communication.
- Manage service cases, warranty claims, repairs, and project issues.
- Support Sales Consultants with order coordination and follow-through.
- Follow up on open quotes using our proven systems.
- Work closely with Sales, Install, Warehouse, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our beautiful Meridian headquarters. You'll spend your day coordinating multiple customer projects, communicating with customers and teammates, solving problems, and keeping projects moving forward.
