We are a full‑service CPA firm that provides tax, accounting and advisory services to a diverse roster of clients, including small to mid‑size, closely held businesses, non‑profit organizations, trusts and estates, and individuals.

• Conduct and manage the preparation and review of federal and state income tax returns for individuals, businesses, non‑profits, trusts, and estates.
• Ensure compliance with all GAAP procedures and regulations.
• Leverage expertise in tax software, particularly CCH Pro System FX and CCH Axcess, to streamline and optimize tax processes.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting to clients.
• Manage relationships with clients, provide excellent customer service, and develop further business opportunities.
• Keep up‑to‑date with changes in tax legislation and advise clients accordingly.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or Master’s degree in Taxation strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in public accounting or a related field.
• Extensive experience with 1040 individual returns, as well as individual, business, non‑profit, trust, and estate returns.
• Proficiency in GAAP and tax software, particularly CCH Pro System FX and CCH Axcess.
• Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to a non‑technical audience.
