Jr. Loan Specialist

Position Overview

The Junior Loan Specialist supports daily loan operations by assigning loan files, managing CRM leads, maintaining accurate records, and performing data entry with high accuracy. The role troubleshoots CRM workflows, provides administrative support to loan officers, and ensures a smooth, compliant, customer‑focused lending process.

• Assign loan files within the system
• Manage and assign leads within the CRM
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately
• Perform data entry and data maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot lead routing issues and CRM workflow problems
• Communicate daily with loan officers and team members
• Assist with loan application processing and file support
• Provide technical support as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Support efficient and timely loan processing

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred
• MLO license preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Experience with technical support and troubleshooting in loan software or CRM systems
• Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry preferred
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate data and identify trends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Highly detail‑oriented and organized
• Proficiency with basic office software and tools
