KBHS exclusively serves the customers of one of the nation’s Top Five Residential Builders - KB Home. Powered by nationally ranked Guaranteed Rate, this provides our Mortgage Loan Originators with unique opportunities to establish relationships with new construction buyers.

We are committed to providing a competitive and equitable total rewards package. The compensation for this role is designed to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. The expected base salary range for this position is $7.25 hourly. Commissions through a competitive compensation structure.

• Establish and maintain relationships with individuals, realtors and home builders through direct and indirect contact, outside of primary office location.
• Explain the products to potential partners and clients.
• Secure and maintain partnerships with partners and clients through ongoing contact and customer support.
• Assist clients in securing a loan by explaining the process, lending requirements, and available products.
• Take loan application per company and lending requirements.
