Roaming Teller - Thunderbolt Branch

Role Summary

The Roaming Teller I promotes member financial well‑being by engaging members in meaningful conversations to resolve financial inquiries, enrich the member experience and deepen their relationship with the Credit Union. This position processes transactions, handles cash, provides account maintenance and/or troubleshooting, and educates members on Credit Union products and services. The Roaming Teller covers for tellers at other branches that are absent from work, working from a home branch and traveling to other branches as needed, furnishing their own transportation to the assigned location.

$18.67 an hour.

• Assists members, guest members and potential members with account inquiries, performs cash and non‑cash transactions, and provides account maintenance while actively listening to and inquiring about members’ needs to deliver the ultimate member experience and value‑added solutions.
• Resolves member inquiries with a focus on the Brand Promise while adhering to company policies. Researches and explores potential solutions to provide alternatives for members. Follows escalation processes to direct members to appropriate team member as needed.
• Balances cash, checks and conducts daily transactions with minimal errors.
• Maintains knowledge of all credit union products, services, and promotions.
• Contributes to efficient Credit Union operations by performing other job‑related duties as assigned.
