As a Scheduler/Care Manager at Com For Care , you will oversee the scheduling and coordination of client services, manage staffing assignments, ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations, and maintain confidentiality of client and employee information

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• Strong verbal,
  Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler
• Time management & organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision
  
  Computer literate and experience with Microsoft office applications

• Maintain schedules for services requested by clients
• Monitor overtime and mileage records of employees
• Provides direction to direct care employees to ensure safe and effective coverage of client needs
• Participates in determining hiring needs
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job, respecting client and employee records
