Position Overview

As the Respiratory Therapy Manager , you will lead and evolve Pro Care’s respiratory therapy services with a strong emphasis on CPAP program development, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency . You will blend hands-on clinical expertise with strategic leadership to build scalable processes, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional patient experiences.

You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to launch, optimize, and grow a forward-thinking respiratory program that sets the standard for quality, compliance, and care.

What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of respiratory therapists who are aligned, accountable, and passionate about patient care.
  • Foster a culture of trust, ownership, continuous improvement, and clinical excellence.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to help your team grow and succeed.
Build & Optimize a CPAP-Centered Respiratory Program
  • Design and scale a high-performing CPAP and respiratory therapy program from the ground up.
  • Establish clear clinical pathways, workflows, and best practices that support long-term patient success.
  • Monitor compliance and outcomes using tools such as Res Med Air View© , turning data into actionable insights.
Ensure Clinical Excellence
  • Oversee patient assessments, therapy recommendations, and equipment selection (CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen therapy).
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality patient education and follow-up that drives adherence and satisfaction.
  • Champion evidence-based care and continuous quality improvement.
Drive Operational & Process Excellence
  • Develop and refine processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with CSR, warehouse, logistics, and leadership teams to streamline delivery, setup, and follow-up.
  • Manage respiratory inventory, audits, and equipment readiness in partnership with operations teams.
Own Compliance & Quality
  • Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and Pro Care policies.
  • Oversee accurate documentation, SOAP charting, and reporting of patient outcomes.
  • Maintain licensure and credentialing standards for the respiratory team in accordance with Idaho regulations.
Partner, Influence & Grow
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and service expansion.
  • Support community outreach, referral relationships, and education initiatives that strengthen Pro Care’s presence and impact.
  • Serve as a clinical and operational thought leader within the organization.
Who You Are
  • A licensed Respiratory Therapist in the State of Idaho .
  • A proven leader with 5+ years of clinical experience , including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role .
  • Highly experienced with CPAP programs , compliance monitoring, and respiratory workflows.
  • Process-minded, analytical, and forward-thinking —you enjoy building systems that work.
  • Comfortable balancing clinical detail with big-picture strategy.
  • A clear communicator, strong collaborator, and confident decision-maker.
  • Experience in DME, HME, or post-acute care is strongly preferred.

  • CPAP and respiratory compliance rates consistently exceed national benchmarks (=73%).
  • Patient satisfaction scores of 95% or higher .
  • Reliable, audit-ready documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong team engagement, retention, and professional development.
  • A scalable respiratory therapy program that supports Pro Care’s growth and mission.
