Looking for a quieter overnight position where your presence still makes a meaningful difference?

At Core Dynamics Supported Living & DD Services, Overnight DSPs provide safety, stability, and support for adults with disabilities in their homes throughout the night.

These are overnight sleep shifts. Staff are able to sleep during the night while remaining onsite and available if support is needed. Overnight responsibilities are generally limited and vary by participant.

• Completing brief safety or wellness checks, if required

• Administering scheduled medications, if applicable

• Responding if a participant needs support during the night

• Assisting with bedtime or morning routines as assigned

• Completing required documentation

• Helping maintain a safe, calm overnight environment

• $12/hour overnight sleep shifts

• Part-time and full-time overnight opportunities

• Paid training

• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Assistance certification

• Supportive leadership and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Dependable and able to respond appropriately if support is needed overnight

• Comfortable administering medications and completing safety checks

• Strong observation and documentation skills

• Able to meet employment and health requirements

Experience in caregiving, developmental disabilities, healthcare, or related work is a plus.

Compensation details: 12-12 Hourly Wage
