Provides each guest with professional and friendly service while controlling the entrance and exit of the Waterpark. Assists guests in solving any problems.

• Smiles and attends to the needs of park guests.
• Provides quality guest interaction and service.
• Ensures guest safety.
• Provides answers to guests’ questions.
• Enforces general park, attraction, and safety rules.
• Sells items for admission to the Waterpark (tickets, season passes, daily specials, and other various entry items).
• Processes accurate cash, cashless, credit card, and check transactions.
• Ensures proper usage of coupons and special promotion items.
• Takes and processes photos of guests for proper season pass identification.
• Promotes and up-sells season pass upgrades.
• Provides guests with accurate information describing admission pricing, season pass pricing, daily specials, promotion, coupons, special events and programs.
• Promotes use of cashless purchases and transactions.
• Upsells promotional items, passes, and tickets.
• Ensures appropriate tickets, season pass, or wristbands are presented for admission.
• Inspects all bags (strollers, towels, etc.) entering the park.
• Greets guests entering and exiting the Waterpark.
• Enforces Wahooz Family Fun Zone admission requirements at the cabana entrance.
• Interacts with cabana guests.
• Assist Food & Beverage Department with attending to the needs of cabana guests.
• Assists with group and birthday check-in.
• Maintains general park cleanliness and appearance. This may include sweeping, picking up trash, washing windows, and other various cleaning responsibilities.
