Overview
We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests and manage guest accounts; answer inquiries; field complaints to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Handle day and evening shifts with weekend availability as required.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and a passion for putting guests first.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and assist guests as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
- Ability to workday and evening shifts, including weekends.
Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
