The City of Meridian seeks a Senior HR Generalist to serve as an HR Business Partner, partnering with department Directors to recruit, onboard, coach, and develop staff. You will oversee benefit programs, wellness initiatives, and COBRA compliance while ensuring HR processes align with city policies and laws.
Ideal candidates have an Associate degree with 6–8 years’ HR Generalist experience, a Bachelor’s in HR/Management/Business preferred, and strong writing and relationship-building skills.
