Treasury Support Specialist
Location:
Coeur d'Alene or Meridian, Idaho
- Uphold and actively promote the bank's core beliefs, core values, and customer service standards, collectively known as "Our Compass".
- Support our community through department fundraising activities or volunteering during bank-sponsored events.
- Provide exceptional customer service while displaying genuine enthusiasm, empathy, and compassion.
- Provide ongoing support and resolution for Treasury Management services, including account maintenance, product setup, and issue troubleshooting.
- Educate customers on the risks, features, and operational requirements of Treasury Management services to ensure informed usage and compliance.
- Install equipment and train customers on all treasury management products.
- Monitor inventory of equipment to maintain a proper supply for the treasury management department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all accounts and services within the Treasury Management portfolio.
- Provide backup support to eBanking as needed during high-volume periods or staff absences.
- Become educated with all bank products and services to provide excellent customer service, retain customers, and cross-sell products as appropriate.
- Remain informed of and conform to all applicable policies and procedures, including security.
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in a customer support or sales support capacity.
- Minimum 2 years of previous customer service experience.
- Embodies a customer-first mindset with genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills both verbal and written to maintain a heavy volume of correspondence, personal contact, and telephone communication.
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Good understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
- Tech Xpert Certification.
Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in a climate-controlled shared work area with a moderate noise level.
Physical DemandsEmployee is often required to sit, use hands in repetitive motions, and talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift or reach with hands and arms. Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals, keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
