Workday is seeking a data conversion consultant who has complete ERP project lifecycle experience in a data conversion role in the US Healthcare Industry. Experience with HRMS, Financial and Supply Chain systems is essential. This position requires a self‑motivated, customer‑focused professional with strong follow‑through who consistently keeps commitments to customers and fellow employees. You will be the primary customer point of contact for data conversion between the project team and customers.

• A minimum of 6 years experience in ERP Data Conversion roles or Technical Project Implementation roles, with hands‑on access to Customer systems & data. Familiarity with mainstay ERP and EMR systems such as People Soft, Lawson, Workday, Epic, Meditech.
• A minimum of 4 years in a senior / leadership consulting role, serving multiple differing Customer engagements in parallel.
• Direct and recent hands‑on experience with ETL tooling and mainstay development languages such as SQL & Stored Procedures, Python, Web Services, XML and XSLT.
• Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks
• Strong analytical skills, Thorough understanding, and capability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
