PROJECT MANAGER to SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

A well-established, employee-focused commercial general contractor is expanding its newest office in the Boise market and seeking a Project Manager to Senior Project Manager with strong commercial experience. This is a growth-driven opportunity to play a key role in building out a rapidly expanding regional presence.

Compensation:

• Project Manager: $95,000 - $120,000 base salary
• Senior Project Manager: $120,000 - $145,000+ base salary
• Performance-based bonus potential
• Comprehensive benefits package

(Compensation will reflect experience, project volume managed, and market knowledge.)

Required Experience

• 5-12+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong background in Tenant Improvement (TI) projects
• Experience managing small ground-up commercial projects
• Ability to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Client-facing leadership and communication skills
