This position offers a unique blend of leadership and clinical responsibilities, with approximately 50% of time dedicated to serving as Medical Director and 50% dedicated to clinical practice.
We know that hospital leadership is pivotal to our success. We leverage a Dyad Leadership Model in which the Medical Director (MD) partners closely with the Hospital Director (HD) to lead the healthcare team. The MD serves as the local medical leader, overseeing all specialty and emergency doctors while fostering a culture that supports engaged and empowered caregivers who embody Med Vet's core values of Teamwork, Leadership, and Compassion.
