Position Summary:

The Warranty Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Warranty department while ensuring homeowners receive timely, high-quality service after installation. This role oversees daily operations, improves processes, develops team members, and drives consistency across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can balance people development, process improvement, and customer experience. This individual will play a key role in strengthening warranty operations, improving service performance, and ensuring every homeowner interaction reflects the quality and professionalism of Renewal by Andersen.

Responsibilities:

Warranty Operations & Customer Experience
  • Lead daily Warranty operations to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery across all locations.
  • Oversee warranty scheduling, service workload, and pipeline management to support timely resolution of homeowner concerns.
  • Manage escalated homeowner issues while ensuring professional communication and resolution.
  • Standardize and reinforce warranty processes to create consistency across locations.
  • Drive accountability, accuracy, and efficiency within warranty operations.
  • Ensure compliance with LSWP requirements for applicable homes (pre-1978).
  • Travel as needed to support operations across WA, , and CA.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop Warranty team members through ongoing feedback, training, and performance management.
  • Build a high-performance culture centered around accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct skill development sessions, including role-playing and process reinforcement.
  • Manage team scheduling and PTO to maintain appropriate service coverage.
  • Align staffing levels with business needs and service volume.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Process Improvement
  • Partner with Installation Managers, Operations, Customer Care, and other teams to improve service delivery.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement solutions that improve efficiency and homeowner satisfaction.
  • Drive improvements related to response times, days-to-completion, first-time resolution, and overall service performance.
  • Support accurate service billing and revenue capture opportunities.
  • Utilize data and performance metrics to identify trends, make decisions, and improve processes.
