Position Overview

The Project Manager will take ownership of jobs from start to finish, providing both hands‑on field leadership and strong project administration. The Project Manager will oversee crews, coordinate equipment and personnel, prevailing wage labor requirements, manage project budgets and billing, maintain safety and compliance, work directly with customers, and identify opportunities for additional work.

The ideal candidate is comfortable being in the field, managing people, solving problems, working with customers, and keeping the financial and administrative side of projects organized.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Projects & Crews

• Manage assigned projects from planning through completion. Provide on‑site leadership and direction to field crews.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and resources needed for each project.
• Conduct job walks and inspect project sites to understand scope, conditions, and customer needs.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, quality, and productivity.
• Address field issues quickly and find practical solutions.
• Ensure crews understand project expectations and have the resources needed to be successful.
• Make safety a top priority on every project.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with company policies, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Participate in jobsite safety meetings and inspections.
• Identify hazards and take appropriate corrective action.
• Ensure required project and compliance documentation is completed.
• Step into any operational role needed to support workflow and continuity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
