We are currently seeking an experienced Polisher/Fabricator to join our Boise branch. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and strong benefits in a stable, growing company.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Position Overview

The Polisher/Fabricator is responsible for shaping, finishing, and polishing natural stone and engineered quartz surfaces to precise specifications while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Grind, sand, clean, and polish stone surfaces using hand and power tools
• File and shape grooved, contoured, and irregular stone surfaces according to templates and blueprint specifications
• Load, unload, and position materials on equipment and worktables using hand tools and mechanical lifters
• Inspect finished materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all production and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar stone fabrication or polishing role
• Experience working with natural stone and engineered quartz preferred
• Skilled in using grinders, polishers, and related fabrication tools
• Ability to read and work accurately with measurements
• Knowledge of hand woodworking tools and power tools (table saw, chop saw, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong attention to detail and task-oriented mindset
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable, motivated, and safety-focused
