Job Details

We are hiring CNC Operators for first, second, and weekend shifts at our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Meridian, .

• Setup and maintain operation of a variety of CNC tool and cutter grinders, including Rollomatic, Star, and Walters in a high‑volume production environment.
• Troubleshoot new product manufacturing processes and methodologies.
• Assist manufacturing engineering in continuous improvement practices.
• Perform first piece and in‑process inspection during manufacturing.

• A desire to succeed in a fast‑paced, growing company.
• Associate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology or relevant industry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to follow engineering documents such as:
  • Product drawing
  • Process sheets
  • Standard Operating Procedures
• Willingness to be cross‑trained and work with all departments to get things done.
