Seasonal Production Associate

Role Description The Seasonal Production Associate is a temporary, on-site role based in Meridian,  position supports daily candle production activities, including measuring and melting beeswax, pouring candles into molds, rolling sheets of beeswax, preparing wicks, and monitoring cooling and finishing processes. The associate may assist with inventory checks, restocking materials, and preparing orders for shipment. The role involves standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and working collaboratively with a small production team to meet seasonal output goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform hands-on production tasks, including measuring, pouring, and handling materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail for quality control and consistent product appearance.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet daily production targets.
• Reliability in attendance, punctuality, and following instructions.
• Comfort with physical work, including lifting up to 25–55 lbs, standing for long periods, and repetitive motions.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or craft production is helpful but not required.
