I'm partnering confidentially with a growing radiopharmaceutical and medical-device manufacturer that's looking for a hands-on Head of Manufacturing to take full ownership of production across two business units. You'll report directly to the President & CEO and have a real mandate to shape the operating culture from the ground up.

• Visible impact: your results in throughput, yield, cycle time and on-time delivery will be felt across the business

• Lead daily operations: planning, scheduling, staffing, capacity and delivery
• Build a high-accountability culture and coach frontline leaders to own their results
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen to cut waste, variation, rework and material loss
• Make sure Manufacturing owns its deviations, investigations, CAPAs, change controls and batch/device records, with Quality as a partner rather than the default owner
• Support scale-up, tech transfer, validation, NPI and facility improvements

• Significant manufacturing leadership in a GMP/cGMP environment (pharma, biopharma, med device, diagnostics or similar)
• A proven record of turning around an underperforming operation, with measurable results
• Hands-on continuous improvement experience (practical results matter more than certificates)
• Experience leading managers, supervisors and frontline teams
• Solid working knowledge of deviations, CAPAs, change control, validation and audit readiness
• A direct, grounded leadership style that earns credibility on the floor

sterile, cleanroom, isotope, nuclear or hazardous-material operations; medical-device DHR experience; multi-site or multi-product leadership;
Lean/Six Sigma certification.

Strong GMP manufacturing leadership and a record of practical improvement matter more.

Onsite in the Mountain West, with full relocation support. The area offers a lower cost of living and outstanding access to the outdoors.
