Marketing Communications Assistant — Entry Level

Our growing event marketing team is hiring a Marketing Communications Assistant to support live events, promotional campaigns, community programs, and in-person marketing initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, college graduates, career changers, and motivated individuals looking to launch a career in marketing, communications, public relations, events, or customer engagement.

No previous marketing experience is required. Paid training is provided.

You’ll help support marketing and communication activities at live events, community programs, retail locations, and promotional activations.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assist with in-person marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Communicate with customers and members of the public in a professional manner
• Provide clear information about programs, services, events, and promotional campaigns
• Help coordinate event activities and promotional experiences
• Support event preparation, displays, materials, and presentations
• Help create a welcoming and engaging experience for event attendees
• Represent client programs professionally during public-facing activities
• Collaborate with team members to keep events organized and running smoothly
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Learn effective communication, marketing, event coordination, and customer engagement techniques
