Event Marketing Representative — Entry Level

Ironbloom Collective is hiring outgoing, motivated Event Marketing Representatives to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting people, attending events, and working in an energetic environment, this is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in marketing, communications, events, and customer engagement.

• Represent our clients at pop-up events, brand activations, and community events.

• Welcome and engage with event attendees.

• Assist with event setup, displays, and promotional materials.

• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations.

• Answer questions and provide information to customers.

• Encourage participation and create positive event experiences.

• Track basic event activity and customer engagement.

• Work with the team to ensure successful events.

• Friendly, outgoing personality.

• Comfortable speaking with people and groups.

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.

• Willingness to learn and accept coaching.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Reliable transportation to event locations.

Previous marketing or event experience is NOT required. We provide training and support to help you succeed.
