The RN will work with an interdisciplinary team, perform assessments, oversee group exercise sessions, provide patient education, and develop and update individual care plans, coaching patients to improve health outcomes. The role requires a Nursing Degree, 1 year of nursing experience, and current RN licensure with BLS.
