Travel Nurse RN - ED - Emergency Department - $2,215 per week

Position Overview

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN for the Emergency Department in Meridian, Idaho for a 13‑week assignment starting 06/29/2026.

• Provide acute care to a diverse patient population, including high‑acuity cases such as stroke, STEMI, trauma, and pediatric emergencies.
• Work 12‑hour shifts (planned schedule includes 0730‑2000, 1000‑2230, 1130‑MN, 1330‑0200, 1530‑0400, 1930‑0800) with occasional weekend coverage and no block scheduling.
• Perform assessments, interventions, and documentation in EPIC; interpret cardiac monitors, perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and wound care.
• Adhere to facility policies, including a 50‑mile radius restriction and address verification.

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse.
• BSN degree.
• At least 2½ years of emergency department experience in a larger urban hospital.
• Active BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS, and ENPC certifications.
• Trauma experience preferred; familiarity with common drips (Nicardipine, Propofol, Fentanyl, Norepinephrine, Nitro, Versed, Precedex, etc.).
