Experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) sought for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Meridian, Idaho. Join an acute-care IR team supporting neurointerventional, vascular, oncology, and image-guided procedures. Located in Idaho’s scenic Treasure Valley, Meridian offers convenient access to parks, trails, foothills, year-round outdoor recreation, and the amenities of the nearby Boise metropolitan area.

- Call: Optional weeknight, weekend, and holiday call opportunities; 30-minute response time when participating

Job Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Idaho
- At least 2 years of Interventional Radiology nursing experience
- Experience caring for neurointerventional patients, including stroke and carotid procedures
- Demonstrated nurse-administered procedural sedation experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Ability to work four 10-hour day shifts and support weekend needs as scheduled
- Comfort caring primarily for adult patients, with occasional adolescent or pediatric cases
- Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after Interventional Radiology procedures
- Complete pre-procedure assessments, patient preparation, recovery monitoring, and post‑procedure education
- Initiate IVs and administer medications, including procedural sedation, according to policy
- Care for patients undergoing embolization, neurointerventional procedures, carotid stenting, stroke treatment, nephrostomy and nephroureteral stent placement, port placement, biopsies, drain placement, gastrointestinal tube procedures, and dialysis access interventions
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and promptly recognize changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interventional providers, imaging staff, nursing leadership, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide occasional pre- and post-procedure support in pain management after completing department orientation
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic while upholding patient safety, infection prevention, and quality standards
