Skills Needed: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, or MPharm or PharmD degree from North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand, and
Current licensure as a Clinical Pharmacist in North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand, and
A minimum of 2 year experience of working in a hospital pharmacy practice in a large acute-care hospital in North America, Western Europe, or Australia/New Zealand.

Skills Needed: Essential requirements:

- Western educated, trained and experienced Pharmacist with current/valid Pharmacist License and Registration from country of origin;
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program;
-At least 4 years of current Pharmacist experience;
- Experience and expert knowledge of best practice medication prescribing and administration;
- Experience and expertise:- in carrying out the dispensing, distribution, checking, patient counseling and general pharmacy information activities; - in excellent implementation of the pharmaceutical care plan;
-Excellent Technical Competencies: Screening & Assessment; Understanding Substance use, abuse and dependency; Counseling; Pharmacology; Wellness;
-Up-to-date research skills and up-to-date CPD/Continuing Professional Development;
-Bilingual- English/ Arabic Language-it´s a must;
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, excellent Clinical Care and administrative duties;strong critical thinking, decision making and problem solving skills and project managing to best meet the needs of clients, skills along with prioritizing responsibilities;
- Ethics, Professionalism, Empathy, Compassion, Flexibility, Patience, Administering Medication,  Attention to detail, Judgement, Analyzing Information,  Accuracy, Energetic, Team Orientation, Client Focus,  Quick timely response,
Respect and Ability to cope to different situations are only some of the qualities that the Pharmacist needs to possess;
- Specialist training along with Post- Graduate Specialist Certification in Pharmacy- advantage;
-Expert knowledge on the pharmacy expenditure- advantage;
- Specialist experience commissioning, opening, practice guideline development-advantage;
-Previous Leadership/Management experience- in setting up, organizing, implementing and operating Pharmacy Services-an advantage;
