Position Summary

TSPi is seeking a Director of Quality & Reporting to oversee quality assurance, compliance monitoring, reporting, and data analytics activities supporting a large federal program. The Director will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of program data, managing quality review processes, monitoring compliance with program requirements, and providing operational and programmatic reporting to leadership and government stakeholders.

The Director of Quality & Reporting will work closely with program leadership, training, payments, data analytics, and systems teams to support program performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure quality standards are maintained across program operations. This role requires strong experience in federal program administration, compliance monitoring, quality assurance, and data analysis, along with the ability to lead staff and communicate findings to a variety of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in managing quality review and reporting functions within a federal program environment. This role is contingent upon award to Abt Global and TSPi.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality assurance, compliance monitoring, reporting, and data analytics activities for the program.
  • Conduct and oversee compliance monitoring activities, including audits, reviews, documentation of findings, and corrective action planning.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and program requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of data entered into program systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Analyze programmatic data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis and quality review findings.
  • Produce and present operational and programmatic reports for program leadership and government stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the development of monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting products.
  • Review the work of analysts and quality review staff to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff and maintain documented quality review processes.
  • Support quality review activities related to eligibility determinations and program participation requirements.
  • Collaborate with training, payments, data analytics, and systems teams to support program operations and reporting requirements.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, site visits, and presentations as required.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and program performance information to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or PhD plus 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience in federal program administration, compliance monitoring, quality assurance, or related functions.
  • Experience overseeing compliance monitoring activities for a large federal program, including audits, documentation of findings, corrective action planning, and reporting outcomes to government stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting data quality reviews and audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Experience analyzing large programmatic datasets and developing actionable recommendations based on findings.
  • Experience reviewing the work of analysts or other staff, providing feedback, and maintaining quality review processes.
  • Experience producing and presenting operational and programmatic reports for senior leadership and government clients.
