Role

Description:

As a Front-of-House Team Member, you will be expected to excel as a Hospitality Professional. You will utilize the systems and procedures set forth by Chick-fil-A to create a welcoming environment for all who come to Chick-fil-A Ten Mile & Vanguard. Collaborating with fellow Team Members, Leadership, and our Local Owner/Operator is essential to success. You will be expected to strive for personal excellence, display professionalism, and display good stewardship of the business.

Positions to be learned and mastered include, but are not limited to, order taking, bagging, and expediting. Other functions include cleaning, stocking, and organizing as the business needs.

Requirements:

* Starting at age 16

* Stand/work for several hours at a time.

* Lift up to 40 lbs.

* Ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

* Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with urgency.

* Accurately handle cash.

* Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to accurately take orders.

* Continually observe and implement the proper quality assurance and food safety procedures.

* Positive attitude, a servant's heart, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Benefits:

* Pay is based on full-time or part-time status, experience, and availability.

Requirements for Full-Time consideration:

* Available to open or close 5 days a week.

* Available during peak lunch or dinner time.

* Have 40 or more hours of total availability.

* Must be 18 years old or out of high school.

* Will be scheduled 5-6 days a week for 35-40 hours.

* Understand the expectations of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
