We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as servers. As a server at Ling and Louie's, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and conveying them to the kitchen staff
• Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Providing attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Handling guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, workstations, and dining areas

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including Asian cuisine, is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
