This is a full-time, on-site position located in Meridian,  Nampa,  you will serve as an Outfitter at Fleet Feet. The responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting the perfect shoes, gear, and accessories to meet their individual walking and running needs. You will provide exceptional customer service, ensure proper product knowledge to educate and inspire customers, and maintain a welcoming and organized retail environment.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive in-store experience.

• Customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills to provide a memorable and engaging experience for customers.
• Product knowledge and the ability to learn about running shoes, accessories, and gear to meet customer needs effectively.
• Basic organizational and problem-solving skills to maintain an orderly store and assist with customers' challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain a positive working environment.
• Passion for fitness or running is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
